Hybrid seasonal prediction of the Western North Pacific Tropical Cyclone Activity

The present invention discloses a hybrid season forecasting method for typhoon activity in the Northwest Pacific. The present invention estimates the location and movement path of a typhoon using the dynamic prediction model data using the correlation coefficient between SST and wind shear and the observed statistical data of the typhoon Thus, it is possible to reduce social and economic damages.
