摘要

The Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) of LTE-FDD is used to estimate channel quality for uplink scheduling, which is import for increasing the capacity and speed of wireless data networks. An algorithm for estimation SRS with low implementation complexity is presented in this paper, which applies LS channel estimation with linear interpolation to calculate the SINR on SRS positions both for single-user and multi-users. Furthermore, the paper also presents a method to analyze system flow effects with and without SRS frequency dependent scheduling under AWGN channel, EPA5 channel and EPA10 channel respectively. The simulation results show that this proposed algorithm is especially effective under slowly varying frequency-selective channel (EPA5 channel), which system flow can be improved by almost 50%.
