摘要

On the basis of the characters of taking-out and placing-in wagons on actinoid private lines, the best schedule of taking-out and placing-in of wagons of is analyzed. Collection and delivery shunting is divided into placing in and taking out scheduling problem. Two mathematical models are established with the objective to minimize the delay number of jobs considering the time window of each private line at a station operation organization. Through calculating the model, the optimal sequence can be found in non-through wagons arriving at station. Be aimed at characters of scheduling model, heuristic algorithm is designed. Combined with an example, the results illustrate that this model and algorithm can find the optimal or nearly optimal solution to the placing- in and taking- out of wagons in actinoid private line problem effectively and practically.
