摘要

For the open spectrum sharing and centralized cognitive network, a channel allocation and power control algorithm of joint resource evaluation based on non-cooperative game is proposed. The utility function considers both the users' receiving SINR threshold and transmission power, and tries to reduce interference on the basis of guaranteeing QoS demands for various services. Available channels can be evaluated through primary users' occupying channel time and channel idle/occupied switching times. Cognitive radio base station calculates queue priority in a scheduling period based on different services and dynamically adjusts service opportunities for realtime and non-realtime services, which provides differential services and guarantees the equality. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm converges fast, ensures each user's SINR, reduces the interference to primary users and improves network performance.
