(SMIC) has continued to develop industry-leading new lead-free solders, including the ECO SOLDER M705 (Sn3.0Ag-0.5Cu), on a regular basis. The ECO SOLDER lead-free solder has been commercialized in various forms, such as the bar, core, paste, ball, and preform for different applications.
