Moving to growth

ADT and rigid dump trucks have got bigger, and smaller, to match new demands and accompanying loaders and excavators, with new players entering the global scene. With construction levels high, the demand for earthmovers and trucks (ADTs, Rigids and Tippers) is growing, with most companies forecasting higher sales in 1996/7. The battle between articulated and rigid dump trucks still rages, although both have clearly defined roles.
