BEA 2013: The Future of Books

BookExpo America (BEA) celebrated its annual book love-fest from May 30 to June 1 at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. For book industry professionals, this was a chance to network, meet authors, test-drive new technologies on display, and stock up on upcoming books. The theme of Keep Calm and Read On emblazoned on BEA staffer shirts was a reminder of the book industry's passion for books. And despite the hustle and bustle of the conference, thousands of attendees who filled the Javits Center were able to do just that.
