Jeff J. Jacobs, formerly the CTO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., was appointed CIO of OCLC. At JPMorgan Chase, Jacobs' innovation team deployed the company's first responsive and adaptive website. No stranger to technology leadership positions, he oversaw a team of more than 600 employees serving JPMorgan Chase's digital consumer business. According to OCLC president and CEO Skip Prichard, Jacobs' experience with large-scale emerging technology development and applications made him a natural fit for OCLC. Jacobs now reports to OCLC's Dublin, Ohio, headquarters.
