With the growing urbanization, the entire perspective of life is changing. So are our routines. Sitting on computers and laptops for long, chatting on Facebook, whatsapp and other such applications, twittering, skype, Instagram etc. takes away a lot of time. The remaining time is eaten away by saas-bahu sagas, extra marital affairs and Big Boss on television. And the result? We hardly do any physical activities which we were used to earlier.
