The depth of Euronitride research continues to unfold as more results become available and, judging by the proceedings of the recent United Kingdom Nitride Consortium (UKNC) meeting, Euronitride research continues to be healthy and will provide more than enough meat for another chapter in this series. Unfortunately, Ⅲ-nitride research in France and Germany appears to be suffering from lower levels of state funding than was available in the 1990's.
