Organic-inorganic hybrid materials made from alkoxysilan-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and metal alkoxide have features in high dielectric strength, high heat resistivity and flexibility, and have been attracted an attention for application to electrical insulating materials. In this study, we investigated the development of electrical tree in the hybrid materials. The sample was mounted on a glass substrate with needle electrode. The development of AC tree was observed by optical microscope and CCD camera. We observed that the AC tree propagation was suppressed with the increase in TA/PDMS ratio. These results suggest that the improvement of electrical breakdown voltage with the increase in TA/PDMS ratio was caused by suppression of tree propagation.%本研究では、アルコキシラン末端PDMSとチタンアルコキシド比の異なる条件で作成した構造の異なる複合膜について電気トリー劣化の観察を行い、以下の知見を得た。(1)アルコキシラン末端PDMSを原料として得られる硬化体においては、チタンアルコキシドの導入により得られる硬化体の構造は変化し、その結果、トリー形状の変化が観察された。
