Comment on 'Admittance matrix of asymmetric piezoelectric bimorph with two separate electrical ports under general distributed load'

For original paper, see Ha, ibid, vol. 48, no. 4, p.976 (2001). We show that, in general, the neutral axis cannot be used as a reference axis in the modeling of asymmetrically laminated beams or plates with elastic and piezoelectric layers.
