A stress-strength interference reliability model with strength degradation is established under the assumptions: stress and strength are statistically independent; dynamic loading forces follow a Poisson-process and Gaussian distribution; and random strength-degradation is described by distribution parameter regression models. Simple formulas for estimating upper and lower bounds for strength-stress interference reliability are presented. The results can be applied to reliability estimation in wear out, fatigue, crack growth with dynamic loading forces, etc.
