摘要

Jo-Ann Wasserman, Associate Publisher and Editorial Director for Professional/Trade Journals at John Wiley & Sons, passed away in December 2006 after a long battle with cancer. Jo-Ann was instrumental in helping start Human Resource Management and helped us grow into what we have become today. The editorial team at HRM is very saddened by this loss. Jo-Ann was a strong supporter of HRM, and we all came to value her insights and appreciate her constant inspiration.
