Colson Caster offers customers 'spy' testing review

Customers of Jonesboro, Ark.-based standard and custom application caster and wheel manufacturer Colson Caster Corp. are spying on the company, at its request. Colson has placed cameras in its facilities to allow customers and potential customers to watch video of its testing procedures. Colson has three cameras monitoring the testing processes for both turntable test machines and its drum tester. Because Colson creates new quality and performance procedures dictated by each customer's needs, the written description and photographic testing were sometimes still difficult to visualize and evaluate. With actual video of the testing, accompanied by supporting and informational data and results, it is easier for customers to understand the nature of the exclusive testing performed by Colson engineers.
