摘要

Wettability manipulation of glancing angle deposited Fe/Co/Ni nanoro arrays was realized by X-ray irradiation in ultra-high vacuum chamber. Reversible transition was also purchased by alternating ethanol immersion and X-ray irradiation. Alkyl group adsorption-desorption mechanism and corresponding morphology dependence of wettability manipulation were revealed.
