Hotel restaurant in Rugby fined £7,000 for food safety breaches

Magistrates have given the owners of a restaurant in Rugby a heavy fine after council food safety officersrndiscovered a string of safety breaches.rnOfficers visited the Grosvenor Hotel, in Clifton Road, in March 2015 and found a host of hygiene issues, includingrnmouldy seals on a sink, dirty fridges, and potatoes and onions stored next to a gully that was blocked withrnstagnant water.
