Synergy launches new high-flavour speciality bread pastes

Synergy has launched a new range of pastes and seasoning blends in response to a surge in speciality bread demand. The range of cuisine pastes and seasonings deliver high impact flavour in breads and will give manufacturers the flexibility to create bespoke flavour profiles or traditional favourites, such as tomato and garlic, Synergy says. Available in BBQ, garlic and herb, Mediterranean, chilli and olive, the pastes can be used alone or blended with Synergy's top notes or seasonings for unique flavour combinations, it adds. The range also includes four tomato pastes that each have different top notes. The pastes are clean label, and slow-cooked to allow flavour retention when the bread is baked.
