Expansion of low/ no alcoholic drinks offerings into new markets and the launch of new low/ no alcoholic brands by drinks majors is one of our key themes for 2019 and is being driven by three factors.The health and wellness trend, demand for greater choice by consumers and the need for drinks majors to target new demographics with their portfolio offerings. 2. The trend towards lowo alcohol drinks is most apparent currently in the beer market, but we expect greater focus and investment in 2019 and beyond on lowo alcohol options in the wines and spirits sectors. 3. Product innovation will be key as producers look to shake the image of lowo alcohol products being inferior in taste to their classic alcohol counterparts. 4. We believe that steadily being able to offer a taste differential will be become an opportunity for these products and offer a chance for companies to explore new ingredients coming into the mainstream market with marijuana, being an obvious example.
