摘要

Our study identifies emotional labor and consequent emotional exhaustion, and burnout as key challenges faced by intrapreneurial women leaders in IT organizations. We provide prescriptions that organizations can follow to help their women leaders be intrapreneurial. Implementing these interventions can reduce the pain of emotional labor among women intrapreneurial leaders, and develop an organizational culture of innovation, risk taking and creativity.
