Equality in Educational System as a Challenge for Future Teachers

摘要

The paper sumarises theoretical data for requirement of justice (every child belongs to usual elementary school) on the Czech educational system. Many experts suppose that justice is the necessary condition of the quality of education. There can not be effectiveness without justice. What led to the greater emhasis on integration and inclusive education was the empasis of individual differences and individual needs of pupils.
