ABSTRACT Benincasa hispida is an annual climber and its fruits are used in the management of a host of medical problems, including epilepsy and lung diseases. In the present study, in-vitro antioxidant activity of hexane, ethyl acetate and methanolic extracts of B. hispida leaves were investigated by using Superoxide radical, Hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging methods.
