Modern Control Theory and Real-World Aerospace Applications: I love You, Nor do I ?

摘要

This year, IFAC World Congress celebrates the 60th birthdayof IFAC in Toulouse, city which hosts the most importantconcentration of industrial aerospace activities in Europe(civil and military) and which is at the epicenter of France’saerospace valley. This paper aims at providing a briefperspective of the relationship between modern controltheory and aerospace industry since early sixties.
