Study on Feasibility and Strategy of Collaborative Teaching in China

摘要

Collaborative teaching is the most effective way to improve the overall level of teachers, and to promote the development of teaching staff. Such teachers co-teaching model is an important means of changing traditional independently teaching methods in China. This paper sums up the different method of co-teaching in China, analyses the feasibility of teachers co-teaching model, discusses the prob-lems of implementation of co-teaching, and proposes some strategies for the development of collaborative teaching model in China.
