摘要

The success of each organization depends on its ability to evaluate its performance and then use the results of performance evaluation to enhance its efficiency. e present study is aimed at developing a model for investigating the relationships between individual and organizational performances, alignment, and organizational goals. To this aim, a correlational-descriptive research design was adopted. e participants of the study included 504 employees working in the banking industry. e data were collected through a researcher developed questionnaire consisting of 57 items. en, the accrued data were analyzed through structural equation modeling via SPLS smar3. e results indicated that the model had acceptable goodness of fit and there existed a significant correlation among the components of the model.
