Introduction: Nursing education is designed to educate students to be become competent and qualified professional nurses. In order to provide skilled nursing care, Nurses must be knowledgeable, well trained and skillful about the science of nursing. Clinical Learning is most important aspect and the heart beat of nursing profession. The learning experience of nursing students is influenced by the many factors. Material and Method: A quantitative, descriptive cross sectional study design was used to determine the factors affecting Class room and Clinical learning among nursing Students. Convenience sample Technique was used to collect data. Data collected from 1 st year to 4 th year nursing students. Background information was collected using demographic and the factors affecting learning were identified using likert scale. Factors were analyzed by using SPSS version 21 software. Descriptive statistics (Mean, M and Standard Deviation SD) will used to summarize the demographic characteristics. Correlation Pearson test will use to determine the factors that influence on Classroom and Clinical learning among nursing student. Result: Majority of the students were females. The mean of age group teacher’s factors was 29.3649+ 3.50345. Correlation between age and factors teachers factors p value was (.000) and Pearson correlation was (.323). There was significant correlation between age group and teacher factors. Correlation between year of education and teacher factor p value was .000 and Pearson correlation was (.316). Correlation between time spends per day and teacher factor p value (.391) and Pearson correlation was (-.071). There was significant correlation between year of education and teacher factors. Conclusion: The finding of this study will help the faculty members to bring the changes for the students for the best learning outcomes. The results of this study will be helpful for the faculty to improve the academic and clinical learning.
