Need for Training of Translators of Legal Texts in Albania

摘要

In this Paper the author attempts to address the importance of training of translators dealing with legal texts, trying to guide the novice or self-made translators on relevant aspects of consideration when deciding to deal with this type of translation and raising their awareness on the specificities of the job. The current paper highlights that training should start from the University and it has to continue via formal and informal training by linguists, peer translators, experienced translators, and law professionals.
