In the article on the basis of analysis of literature and results of questionnaire of students of speciality the ?Hotel economy? the level of professional preparation of future specialists of hotel-resort business was determined to work. The problem of prepearence appear because of arisen through necessity of overcoming of conflicts which originate between demands of company to профессинальной to preparation of experts and their qualification; the contents it is professional - oriented disciplines and pedagogical technologies of realization of this contents, orientation to new models of teaching and educational process.
