Pedagogical conditions of perfecting power abilities of students in system of physical training

摘要

The article theoretically deals with the main pedagogical conditions of perfection power qualities of students in system of physical training. Perfecting of power abilities of students in system of physical training will be effective at realization of the following pedagogical conditions: regular and step-by-step augmentations of difficulties during power preparation, a choice of optimum training means and methods of development of power qualities, security by necessary engineering equipment and sports stock, activation of self-supporting work of students, the count of the sensitive term of development of power qualities.
