The Relationship between Employee's Self-Efficiency and Management Strategies with Respect to the Mediating Role of Moral Intelligence in Kerman University of Medical Sciences

In this study, the relationship between employee's self - efficiency and management strategies with respect to the mediating role of moral intelligence in Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2015 has examined. The population consisted of all staff of Ke rman University of Medical Sciences research. To co llect data for this study, self - efficiency and management strategies questionnaires and moral intelligence used. In order to describe and analyze the data collected through questionnaires, the approach of partial least squares (PLS) with Smart PLS 2 softwa re as well as Kolomogrov Smirnov test for examined normality of variables used. For data analysisSPSS software version 19 and PLS 2 Smart used. The significance level considered 0.05 and data analysis indicates the fact; there is direct relationship betwee n employee'sself - efficiency andmanagement strategies in Kerman University of Medical Sciences and the results showed that it could not confirmed that the variable of moral intelligence moderates the relationship between management strategies and self - effic acy. The workshops in the field of self - efficiency and familiarity with management strategies proposed.
