摘要

:Objective To explore the influence of setting up counselors on professional identity of nursing students. Methods 〓The nursing students were divided into the control group(n=119)and the study group(n=94)according to a convenience sampling method. The questionnaire survey about professional identity was conducted before and after clinical practice. A group of counselors for occupational guidance were set up in the study group. The changes of students' attitude towards professional identity were compared before and after clinical practice. Results 〓Students in the control group achieved lower scores of 5 dimensions at the end of the internship(P0.01). There was no significant difference in the factor scores of professional identity assessment before and after the internship in the study group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Setting up a group of counselors in clinical practice can effectively enhance professional identity of nursing students during the internship.
机译::目的探讨建立辅导员对护生专业身份的影响。方法〓根据方便抽样方法,将护理学生分为对照组(n = 119)和学习组(n = 94)。在临床实践之前和之后,进行了关于职业身份的问卷调查。在研究组中设立了一组职业指导顾问。比较临床实践前后学生对专业身份的态度变化。结果〓对照组学生在实习期末5个维度得分较低(P <0.01)。研究组实习前后专业身份评估的因子得分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论〓在临床实习中建立咨询小组可以有效提高实习生的专业素养。
