摘要

The paper established the transfer network andbus line network by respectively using space P and space Rmodel method. Then regard these two networks as thesub-networks, this paper presented a new two layers coupledpublic traffic network through the connection between the busstops and bus lines, and this model can well reflect theconnection between the passengers and bus operating vehicles.Based on the synchronization theory of coupled network withdual time-varying delays and taking “Lorenz system” as thenetwork node, the paper studied the stability of two layerscoupled public traffic network. Finally, the numerical resultsare given to show the impact of public traffic dispatching,delayed departure, the number of common bus stops betweenbus lines and the accessibility between bus stops to the twolayers coupled public traffic network balance.
