摘要

In this article the main features that characterize the current state of access and accessibility of information and communication technologies for students and teachers are presented. The notions of access and accessibility of e-learning are described. The main factors that determine the accessibility of e-learning are revealed: a logistics; quality and range of electronic resources for educational purpose, the level of information and communication competencies of students and teachers. The main directions of improvement of access to information and communication technologies in modern education of Ukraine are pointed out.
