摘要

The purpose of this experimental research was to study teaching professional practicum anxiety reduction by a global anchoring technique based on neuro linguistic programming. The sample consisted of 14 teacher students of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University who had teaching professional practicum anxiety scores higher than 61 and volunteered to join the program. They were simply randomly assigned into an experimental group and a control group, each of which consisted of 7 students. The experimental group was exposed to the global anchoring program while the control group was not. The results were: 1) in the posttest, the anxiety of the experimental group was significantly decreased from the pretest at the .01 level but the control group had no significant difference, 2) in the follow-up, the anxiety of the experimental group was significantly decreased from the posttest at the .01 level but the control group had no significant difference, and 3) in the posttest and the follow-up, the anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group at the 0.01 level.
