Outgoing capital projects director for the British Airports Authority Steve Morgan has told Construction News that the delay to a decision on Heathrow's third runway made his decision to leave easier, as he weighs up a move to a contractor or potentially into nuclear or defence. He told CN that delays to the Heathrow decision meant now was a good time for him to leave his post, as there were "no key decisions to be made for the next six months".
