No room for complacency - any death on site is one too many

The 12 months to the end of March this year was a significant period for the construction sector. Over the course of these months there were a total of 30 worker deaths in the UK construction sector, the lowest ever recorded by the Health and Safety Executive. Down by more than a third on the 47 workers that were killed in 2015/16, it shows just how far firms have come in their approach to health and safety.
