Jacobs brings in CH2M director to lead rail team

Jacobs has appointed CH2M director Mark Southwell to lead its European rail and geotechnical team. The US engineering giant said Mr Southwell will be responsible for programme delivery, as well as developing the business in UK and European markets following Jacobs' acquisition of CH2M.
