United Vision Logistics of Lafayette, La., is using a 110-ton crawler crane as it works to relocate oilrigs in remote parts of North Dakota. North Dakota's oil country not only has temperature extremes (-40 F in the winter, 100 F in the summer), but it also has soft ground conditions that can be hazardous for heavy equipment.
