I've always loved sweets and have to moderate my intake! My first real thoughts of setting up a confectionery business were brought about by our weekly visits to the local newsagent who had a small selection of sweets that I remembered from my childhood. My children revel in their Friday afternoon sweet treat - they're wide-eyed as they try to choose the sweets to go in their little paper bag.
