This paper focuses on the Cauchy problem of the d-dimensional incompressible Oldroyd-B type models for viscoelastic flow with fractional Laplacian dissipation, namely, with (-Delta)(eta 1) u and (-Delta)(eta 2) tau. For eta(1) = 1/2 + d/4, eta(2) 0 and eta(1) + eta(2) = 1 + d/2, we obtain the global regularity of strong solutions when the initial data (u(0), tau(0)) are sufficiently smooth.
