摘要

Bioinformatics is a rapidly growing and evolving scientific discipline involving many areas of an interdisciplinary field. The recent advances in biotechnologies such as next generation sequencing [1-5], bioimage informatics for experimental biology [6] and proteome high-throughput technologies [7-9] have provided scientists with unprecedented amounts of complicated data in response to which the software development of integrative computational biology has advanced quickly and has consumed a considerable period of time for both their creation and maintenance. As a consequence, bioinformatics and molecular biology have had to evolve and grow in relation with technology to make the best use of these increasingly complex and large amounts of data resources.
