Conductive lithographic films (CLF) are an emerging fabrication process for electronic interconnect and a range of passive component structures. This paper reviews the Manufacture, properties and Applications of CLF conductors, And discusses other Lithographically deposited Electronic materials including Resistive, dielectric and ferrite Films.
