South east moorings controversy

Boaters could find their time more limited at popular sites, under visitor mooring restrictions being considered by the Canal & River Trust for its South East region. These could see limits cut to two days, restrictions on the time before boaters could return, and ￡25 daily charges for overstaying. But some doubt whether they are necessary.
