摘要

Three themes are evident in all successful internal benchmarking and transfer efforts. First, internal transfer is a people-to-people process; relation- ships seem to precede and to be required for meaningful sharing and transfer. Second, learning and transfer is an interactive, ongoing, ad dynamic process That cannot rest on a static body of knowledge. Employees are inventing, impro- Vising, and learning something new every day. The wellspring of best practices Need never run dry. Third, specific skills and capabilities are needed as a founda- Tion. Over the past two decades, competitive organizations spent much of their Time developing capabilities that set the stage for a successful culture of sharing, Transfer, and change.
