'Variety' announces promotions, restructures senior management

Reed Business Information's Variety announced that Brian Gott, formerly VP-associate publisher, has been promoted to publisher of the magazine in a restructuring of senior management that included the promotion of four other executives. Neil Stiles relinquished the title of publisher to Gott but keeps the title of Variety Group president. Linda Buckley-Bruno, formerly publisher of RBI's Home Entertainment Group, has been promoted to publishing director of the Variety Group. Michelle Sobrino-Stearns has been named VP-associate publisher of Variety.
