PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of evaluation related to the effects of distributed sales promotion information.SOLUTION: In a sales promotion information management system, sales promotion information is transmitted from a sales promotion information management server to a terminal device. In a sales promotion information management server, browsing history information in which the sales promotion information is associated with a transmission destination identifier indicating the transmission destination of the sales promotion information is stored. In the terminal device, a code indicating at least the transmission destination identifier and a shop corresponding to the output sales promotion information is generated on the basis of the output of the sales promotion information. In an accounting processing device, shop visit certification information acquired by reading the code output by the terminal device is transmitted to the sales promotion information management server.
