Modélisation des réactions rationnelles et comportementales des agents assistants conversationnels

Several studies have recently tried to provide artificial agents with cognitive capacities and psychological features. However these studies focused on procedural approaches, which are difficult to track, and have handled only small parts of the psychological domain. We present here a generic approach to the implementation of a principle stating that personality traits have an actual influence over the rational decision making process of cognitive agents. The contribution of this work concerns the coverage of the psychological domain treated, the genericity of the proposal with regard to the models of rational agents used, and above all, the improvement of the comprehensiveness of the relationships linking psychological phenomena with computational operators through influences on the deliberation cycle of the agents.%Plusieurs études ont récemment été menées sur l'attribution de compétences cognitives et de caractéristiques psychologiques à des agents artificiels. Cependant ces études reposent suides approches procédurales, difficiles à analyser, et elles se focalisent sur des phénomènes particuliers au lieu de couvrir une partie significative du domaine psychologique des humains. Nous présentons ici une approche systématique de l'implémentation du principe stipulant que les traits de personnalité ont une influence potentielle et effective sur le processus de décision rationnelle d'agents cognitifs. L'apport de ce travail se situe au niveau de la couverture du domaine psychologique traité et de sa généricité par rapport aux modèles d'agents rationnels utilisés. Surtout, par sa nature déclarative, il facilite l'intelligibilité des relations associant les phénomènes psychologiques aux influences sur le cycle de délibération des agents.
