Empowering Students with Knowledge

Terry Wells is in her element. In a spare moment between classes, she talks about her role as faculty advisor to the APICS student chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UW-Eau Claire). Outside her campus office, a student waits to gain her ear, and a bustle of activity can be heard down the hall. Wells, a mother of two and a full-time lecturer in the department of marketing and management, recently earned the APICS Chapter Mentor Award for encouraging professional development in APICS student members. She also served as president of the APICS Indianhead Chapter for the last year. She is a champion for APICS.
