摘要

BackgroundBone marrow mesenchymal stem cells support proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells in vitro. Since these cells constitute a rare subset of bone marrow cells, mesenchymal stem cell preparations for clinical purposes require a preparative step of ex vivo multiplication. The aim of our study was to analyze the influence of culture duration on mesenchymal stem cell supportive activity.
