体育锻炼作为练习手段不仅能增强体质,还有助于调节情绪,增进心理健康,减缓心理压力的作用,同时作为大学生校园文化生活的重要组成部分,对生活满意度有着重要的影响。研究以杭州广播电视大学、浙江树人大学及浙江理工大学在校学生,运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑法等研究方法,探讨体育行为对大学生生活满意度的影响,提出运用合理的体育行为方式以影响提高高校学生的生活满意度。%Physical exercise as a means of practice not only can enhance the physical,also contribute to the regulation of mood,enhance mental health,alleviate psychological pressure,at the same time as the college campus culture an important part of life,the life satisfaction has an important influence on.In this study,Hangzhou Radio and TV,Zhejiang Shuren University and the Polytechnic University students,the use of literature,questionnaire,statistics and logic and other research methods,Discussion on sports behavior and life satisfaction of college students influence,by applying the physical behavior of a reasonable method to improve university students affect life satisfaction.
